Scope and Contents (1) ff. 1–175. 'An Argument upon the Question of Impositions digested and devided into sundry chapters, by Serjeant Davis [al. in MS. Davies], one of his Majesties learned Councell in Ireland. Dedicated to King James, in the latter end of his Majesties Raigne, by the Author.'
