This file contains miscellaneous memos and notes mostly written by the Bursar about topics ranging from events, building work, lunch and dinner service, calendars for events and meetings, absences of officers, elections and retirements, lectures and talks, rules around guests, holidays and closures, and visits by important guests like the representatives of Linacre House, the Rayne Foundation and the Nominative Trustees.

The minute books include the date and location of meetings, names of guests and members in attendance (ordinary and honorary), titles and details of papers read, accounts of discussions and elections, and details of arrangements made for social activities and excursions. Many of the minute books from the 1920s include printed cards listing the talks and speakers for the entire academic term. Some volumes include letters from members or their families.
