The volume was used to note the title of the guest speaker's paper, their name and their area of expertise or position. Below this, members of the audience signed their name and gave their address. The names of members of the committee are noted, as are the menus for the club's annual dinners. The speaker and lecture title for meetings held on 15 February, 4 March and May 1971 are annotated inside the front cover.
