Correspondence and press cuttings on Clementine's visit to Norfolk following the east coast floods, February 1953, with correspondents including Stella, Lady Reading, Chairman of the Women’s Royal Voluntary Service [later Baroness Swanborough], enclosing a note on the WVS's work in Great Yarmouth after the disaster.
Also includes an earlier letter from Lady Reading on Queen Mary's Carpet.
