A contract from Huang P'ei-chang (Huang Peizhang) to Jardine, Matheson & Co. for $30,000, 24 April 1857, for the purchase tea in Hupei (Hubei province) and its transportation to Kwangtung and Shanghai jointly with I-t'ai ch'a-chuang (Yitai chazhuang). One copy of the contract was to be kept by Wu Tsung-fan (Wu Zongfan), witnessed by Ya-chu (Ya Zhu).
