The garden has buildings and a pond and lies opposite the churchyard of Landbeach church abutting on the highway.
Witnesses: Sir Henry de Colville, John Chene; John Dengayne.
On dorse a memorandum by Robert Norgate, Master 1573-1587, with a verdict in 1583 in a suit by Henry Clifford, parson of Landbeach, at Cambridge Castle, who unsuccessfully claimed the garden as part of his glebe. The court awarded it to the college.
