John Tittleshal, John Rolf, Robert Waren, Richard Lace and Roger Pytcherd cited as assenting to the state of Jakes manor.
Endorsed by John Copcot: Testimony that rent is dewe from Jakes manner to the Colledge.

The college has sold the tenement to Thomas Creme [Krymer] for a sum as yet unpaid, save for £6. The purchaser has refused to complete payment because of the Copes' claim. The right of Cambridge burgesses to bequeath property is cited (see 16 below); and the failure to enrol before the mayor.
