Viscount Valentia and James F. H. Harter are trustees of an indenture of settlement dated 12 Nov. 1877 made upon the marriage of the Rt Hon. Charles Compton William Cavendish Baron Chesham and Lady Beatrice Constance Grosvenor. Also conveyed are the manors of Ratley and Alkerton and certain tithe rent-charges on lands in the parish of Great Tysoe.
