This book records, in chronological order for each work sold, the purchaser, artist, amount paid and stock number.
Receipted sums paid in by Thomas Smith, farmer of college rents in Cambridge, between 21 April 1472 and 12 February 1473., 1473-02-08
Given the date at the head of the indenture, the last entry may be an afterthought.

Registrum: accounts, 1376 - 1484
The Registrum, largely consisting of inventories, begins in 1376 on fo.4. The accounts are interspersed on the blank leaves, but not in ordered sequence (1 Henry IV). The earliest account is in the small notebook starting on fo. 106. Accounts for c. 1430 to 1446 are on fols. 147-91. The last section (f. 193), starting c. 1467, contains some material more properly belonging to the next volume of accounts.

Includes names of occupants of rooms from 1842 and non dated before.. Note inside back cover as to the numbering of rooms up to and after Michaelmas 1906; with further alterations in 1899 and 1894 noted by A. J. Wallis and C. A. E. Pollock.
Rough ledger, 1903 - 1910
Note at start of book: 'The position of the whole account may be found at any time be taking this book and (1) the book of cash received and petty cash; (2) the bank pass book; (3) cheque book for recent cheques; (4) my small black "cash book" for beer, etc."
