Lease to Edward Goode and the Rev. Ambrose Goode of a shop with a cellar and chamber heretofore in the occupation of Pierce Dent, and some void ground, for 40 years from Michaelmas last at an annual rent of 11s 8d, 1797-03-25
The shop lies between a tenement of St John's College (N) and a tenement of the said Pierce Dent (S) and abuts (W) on Bridge Street and (E) on a tenement late of Elizabeth Dent, and is four and threequarter yards long and three and a half yards wide. The void ground or garden has a tenement on it and is the property described in 5.
