204 x 153 mm. Showing a group of unidentified military figures on horseback at the Grand Review to celebrate the King of Portugal’s birthday. The occupation of the Boer base at Komatie Poort, situated 55 miles northwest of Lourenço Marques, at the end of Sept. 1900, marked the end of organised Boer resistance during the South African War. Signed ‘J & M Lazarus, Photos. Lço Marques.’
