219 x 140 mm. A view showing waterfront buildings at Mossamedes (Mocamedes) with the sea beyond. This fishing point is situated in Huila Province in south-west Angola, 200 miles south of Benguela.

Photographs, 3" x 4", taken in Namibia, mainly at Walfisch Bay [Walvis Bay] documenting the activities of the 1st Durban Light Infantry. The photographs are assumed to have been taken by James Dick. The captions are taken from the reverse of the photographs, initially written in pencil and copied over in ink.
