147 x 102 mm. Showing a deserted temple at Pagan, on the eastern bank of the Irrawaddysome 80 miles southwest of Mandalay. Pagan was founded by King Pyinbya in 847 AD and remained the royal capital until the extinction of the dynasty in 1298 AD. The annotation on the reverse states 'supposed to be the oldest royal city.
