They include slides of the very attractive views from the garden and a series of aerial views taken at varying heights in May 1972. This section concludes with photographs of members of the domestic staff taken just before Marnham left St Lucia (dated Oct 72 nos 18-25). A sharply defined view from a hillside behind the town, looking along the bay and showing the town and harbour with steamers at anchor in the deeper water and smaller sailing boats closer inshore. At the far end of the bay the landing pier can be seen, with the police barracks partially obscured by other buildings.

150 x 113 mm. A view looking down in to the smoking crater of La Soufrière, a volcano situated in the north-central area of St. Vincent. This photograph was presumably taken some time around May 1902 when the eruption of the volcano caused great devastation and loss of life.
