145 x 90 mm. This school was founded by Arthur and is still prospering. The print has a reference on the reverse '10H/16/1.'

Raynor Arthur was transferred from Nigeria to Cyprus as an administrative officer in 1937; he was appointed Commissioner in 1947 and Chief Commissioner in 1948.
