Sandakan, British North Borneo [? Miscaptioned for Pulo Brani, Singapore], 1880 - 1889

 Item
Reference Code: GBR/0115/RCS/Y302B/40
Scope and Contents

274 x 208 mm. View from seaward looking towards wharves and jetties, with scrub-covered hillside beyond. This print is a duplicate of others in the collection which are captioned 'Pulo Brani'. A number of misidentifications in this collection would cause one to favour the latter location. Pulo Brani is situated near Keppel or New Harbour, Singapore. Photograph by G.R. Lambert and Co.
