112 x 150 mm. Showing the crowd gathered outside the Victoria Memorial Hall on February 6 1919 for the ceremony marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the settlement. To celebrate the occasion Raffles statue was moved from its original location on the Padang and placed, together with an inscribed tablet, in front of the hall.
