Scope and Contents An album containing prints measuring approximately 140 x 80 mm with brief captions. The album was a Christmas gift to Mr and Mrs Langham-Carter from Mr and Mrs White; this is presumably A.R. White of the Kelantan Survey Department. The flood is briefly described in Langham-Carters Annual Report for Kelantan for 1913: 'In December the Kelantan River rose to an abnormal height, and the greatest flood since 1897 was recorded. The business premises in Kota Bharu [i.e. Baharu] were flooded...
