Opening of the Baramita Landing Pool in the North West District to commercial traffic was preceded by a visit of inspection by the Director of Civil Aviation in the West Indies, Wing Commander L. Egglesfield and other local aviation officials. Picture shows the inspection party watching a BG Airways Grumman Goose coming in to its mooring point after a successful landing'.
