'British enterprise in the West Indies and British Honduras', 85 pages, apparently compiled from various official publications, with several original sketch maps. The document is neatly written and arranged, and is dated and signed 'J.N. Cooper, June 1884'. It may be a paper prepared for an activity of the Royal Colonial Institute.
