Scope and Contents An album containing mounted photographs of various sizes, generally uncaptioned. Inside the front cover of the album is written: 'Taken by Wilfred Powell, Deputy Commissioner for the Western Pacific of Samoa,' but the photographs were probably also taken by members of his family - and by the commercial photographer J.
