Scope and Contents 255 x 200 mm. Arthur shaking hands with one of the participants of the Fourth Out Island Regatta. (Sir) Roland Symonette, leader of Government in the House of Assembly is in the background. The reverse of the print is stamped by the Bahamas News Bureau, with their reference: '12829', and is annotated in pencil with 'Alfred Bain, Mystery (?) J'. Presumably this is the name of the man pictured shaking Arthur's hand, and the name of his vessel.
