Scope and Contents 284 x 214 mm. A group photograph of the Sultan, European officials and Malay soldiers gathered on the steps of a specially erected open-sided wooden platform at some stage during the proceedings. Sultan Sir Ibrahim (1873-1959), who ruled from 1895 until his death, stands at the centre of the group next to Sir Arthur Henderson YOUNG (1854-1938), Governor of the Straits Settlements 1911-1919.
