130 x 81 mm. A view looking across an estuary, probably at Kuala Trengganu, with the broken sea wall in the foreground. A note on the backdraws the viewers attention to the oil store on North Tanjong. Tanjong in Malay means head land and it has not been determined whether the writer is referring to the specific location.

The flood waters are just beginning to encroach on the Harbour Office buildings, the floor of which was under 1 foot of water at the height of the flood.
