There are several cabalistic figures coarsely drawn of Solomon's seals, and the like. On f. 37b is the commencement of some legal agreement made between Robarte Hodly of Retheffyld (Rotherfield?), Sussex, and William Sloman, 1575.

Collection of magical recipes and treatises, with diagrams, magic circles, and other illustrations. A full list of the recipes is available. Pp. 166-8: index in main hand. Second hand, resembling that of Ff.4.12 and Ff.4.13, appears at pp. 79-81, 120-1. Pp. 154-65 are in a third hand, of rather earlier appearance. Last leaf partly torn away; on recto of surviving portion (p. 170) is writing in another hand. pp. 53, 122-53: blank.

On the opposite side of the title page is an approbatio attested by Joan. Frear, Tho. Cadiman, Robert Floyd and Piers Roche.
