Locations comprise Corinth, Epidaurus, Delos, Mykonos, Rhodes, Lindos, Priene, MIletus, Pergamom, Constantinople, Bosphorus and Mytilene. The subject matter is varied, showing views of ancient and historical sites, such as castles and temple ruins, harbours, streets and synoptic perspectives, and even a pelican posing for a photo in a Mykonos street.
