Fos 114-109, 121v-117 are written from the end of the book. Inside front cover is leaf with names in a 16th cent. hand, perhaps from a rental. On flyleaf: 'This C. P. Book of Herbert Palmer I bought along with a little vol. of his sermons from a bookseller in Canterbury. It is verified (besides his faint autograph ......
