The recording starts with the last minute or so of a press conference, then goes on to a muffled BBC Radio 4 World at One news bulletin, then after about 32 minutes moves to a speech by NK, possibly at the Party Conference, on subjects including pensions, housing policy and the Channel Tunnel. The last two minutes of the recording are from another press conference.
