He also says that he considered [Lord Randolph Churchill's] recent speech excellent and that he has seen [1st Lord] Rothschild, and promises to send her a copy of the Harrovian which he hopes will include a letter from Junius [Junior, a name under which WSC wrote to the Harrovian].
