Arthur Heynet of Eastrea in the parish of Whittlesey, yeoman, is indicted with others unknown that on 22 Feb. 1578 he broke and entered the close of Thomas Browne, and feloniously took and carried away 70 new tenches from his fishpond to the value of three shillings and four pence.
