A collection of uncaptioned loose prints, measuring approximately 200 x 145 mm. The collection was exhibited in the Gold Coast section of the British Empire Exhibition 1924 and were deposited at the Royal Colonial Institute on the instruction of Major W.T.E. Wallace, Acting Postmaster General of the Gold Coast (see letter accompanying prints). Prints 11 and 12 show other Post Offices in the colony. Photographer unknown.

Peter de Bendeng' acknowledges a debt of 44s to Mossekin c'sp' [Crespin?] son of J[acob?], for which he pays 2d in the pound per week (?) interest, upon the security of his lands. Endorsement in Hebrew, identifying debt. Further endorsed: 'No 7', and in pencil: '138', and '2'.

Peter de Bendeng' acknowledges a debt of #10 to Jac[ob] c'spm' [Crespin?] upon the security of his goods and lands. The money is to be repaid in mid-Lent 21 Henry III, with a weekly interest on sums unpaid of 2d in the pound. Endorsed: 'No 10' and '21.H.3.', and in pencil: '141', and '4'. Further Hebrew endorsement. Seal wanting.

Jane Howell (nee Cawthorn), widow, acknowledges that the legacy of #200 bequeathed to her by the will of her late father Philip Cawthorn and charged on estates devised to her brother John Cawthorn was duly paid to her soon after she came of age in 1836. Signed by Jane Howell, who has also added the 'six' to the date of her majority.

William Dunn Gardner requires the steward of the manor of Chatteris Ramsey or his deputy to enter on the court record a discharge of the two conditional surrenders of lands in Chatteris made in 1793 and 1802 by John Stocker Freaks and his wife Margaret to the late John Gardner esq, all principal money and interest having been paid to William Dunn Gardner as executor of the deceased. Signed by William Dunn Gardner and witnessed by Thomas Sewell of Chatteris, attorney.
