Scope and Contents This catalogue lists the papers of Oliver Ridsdale Baldwin ('ORB'), elder son of Stanley and Lucy Baldwin, and brother of Windham Baldwin; and also includes groups of letters from him to his parents and (of particular interest) to his companion of thirty-five years, John Parke Boyle. They illuminate all the main aspects of his career: as a soldier in both World Wars, as Labour politician, author, journalist, film critic, and as Governor of the Leeward Islands.
