William Tassell, merchant, of Cambridge, appoints John Edison, of Coopers Hall, London, gent., as his lawful attorney to acknowledge satisfaction...upon the conditional surrender made to him of several customary lands...of John Bullen, esq., of Cambridge, confirming whatsoever his attorney shall lawfully do.
