William Dunn Gardner requires the steward of the manor of Chatteris Ramsey or his deputy to enter on the court record a discharge of the two conditional surrenders of lands in Chatteris made in 1793 and 1802 by John Stocker Freaks and his wife Margaret to the late John Gardner esq, all principal money and interest having been paid to William Dunn Gardner as executor of the deceased.
