Dr Christopher Hall is American and studied at Nuffield College, Oxford. The thesis held at Churchill Archives Centre was produced for his Doctorate of Philosophy in 1982. He was working as Assistant to the Chairman at the Amcon Group Inc., New York, in 1982.
