Scope and Contents
Comprising correspondence relating to the voyage of the Hospital Ship “Maine” to China [for the Boxer rebellion] and Lady Randolph Churchill's admission to the Order of Saint John in recognition of her "services to the sick and wounded of the South Africa Campaign". Also includes a published leaflet about the ship and a list of hymns used on the ship.

The Churchill Papers are made available to researchers using Churchill Archives Centre and worldwide in digital format. For conservation reasons, the fragile originals are no longer issued to researchers.
