Scope and Contents
1988-89 material includes letters of thanks, and response to letter from Lord Henderson of Brompton objecting to a comment by Rawlinson in a House of Lords debate. From correspondents including: Michael Howard [later Lord Howard of Lympne]; Sir Geoffrey Howe [later Lord Howe of Aberavon]; 'Humphrey' [Atkins, Lord Colnbrook]; Lord [Michael] Havers, and Elliot L Richardson. Also contains letter from Rawlinson to the Sunday Telegraph concerning Lord Montagu of Beaulieu's representation of the Peter Wildblood case in his autobiography, and letter to Rawlinson from WNB [Norman] Richardson approving of Rawlinson's letter [2000].
