As the original order is no longer discernible, it was decided to arrange the correspondence by name of society, organisation or company rather than signatory, for ease of reference. Correspondence dealing with St Bartholomew's Hospital, has been arranged under the letter S, as representative of its full official title, rather than under B for Barts, its other commonly used abbreviation. Some of the organisations in this sub-series are also represented in the Series RTBT 10 and have been cross-referenced accordingly.
