Also includes: letters from Biffen to JEP on JEP's future political options and Biffen's own refusal to support the Labour Party (June 1973), the European Economic Community and the by-election (January 1983) in Down South [Ulster, Northern Ireland], commenting on how JEP was missed in the House of Commons; copies of speeches by JEP on the Conservative Party's European policy.
