The committee was created to co-ordinate the projects of the Ministry of Aircraft Production in Coventry after an Air raid on the 14th/15th November 1940, with the main objective being restoring arms production without delay. This Report was created to detail the work of the committee as it may have been of some value to other cities similarly afflicted. Also includes letter to Earl of Dudley, Civil Defence Commissioner for the Midland Region from the Chairman, Coventry Reconstruction Co-ordinating committee.
