Scope and Contents
Correspondence between McKenna and Sir Edward Holden [Chairman of the London City and Midland Bank, Limited, later the Midland Bank] on McKenna becoming first a director of the bank in 1917, then on his taking up a full-time position with the bank prior to succeeding Holden, particularly on McKenna's views on whether he would take political office again.
