Scope and Contents
Correspondence with Churchill [First Lord of the Admiralty] on subjects including the naval estimates, particularly the spending cuts which McKenna had previously promised, when McKenna would have to move out of his Admiralty quarters and why McKenna had got rid of Sir Philip Watts [Director of Naval Construction].
Also includes a memorandum by Churchill for the Committee of Imperial Defence, on military aspects of the continental problem, particularly how Britain would support France in a war against Germany.
