Side 1 includes: NK giving a brief press interview; recording from a meeting at the Labour Party Conference, with short speeches by Ron Todd, General Secretary of the Transport and General Workers Union, and NK, in tribute to Todd before his retirement; Virginia Bottomley [Minister for Health] speaking on a radio phone-in programme about health policy; earlier 1989 recording of opinions from a member of public on various subjects.
Side 2 includes: a press interview with NK on the National Health Service; NK speaking to the press during the Labour Party Conference on the timing of the next General Election, Labour's prospects and the suspension of Dave Nellist and Terry Fields from the party due to their support for Militant.
