Side 2 is a recording of a press conference held by NK and Guy Spitaels [leader of the Belgian Parti Socialiste], following a meeting of the Confederation of Socialist Parties of the European Community, and a press interview with NK on European economic and monetary union. The second half of this side is unclear (muffled voices, footsteps, etc, from members of NK's office).
