Also includes: copy of a letter from NK, and also a joint letter from NK, David Steel and David Owen [leaders of the Social Democrats] to Thomas 'Tip' O’Neill, Speaker of the American House of Representatives, protesting at President Ronald Reagan’s decision to grant aid to the contra insurgent forces in Nicaragua; copies of letters from NK to Daniel Ortega, President of Nicaragua; text of speech by NK at the 1986 Party Conference, on subjects including Nicaragua.
