"History of Germany", 1895-08 - 1914-08
Scope and Contents
Notes and drafts for a history of 19th century Germany. This is probably for works that JWHM was commissioned to write for the Cambridge Historical Series in 1895 and 1901 and never finished, but some sections may also relate to "A short history of Germany and her colonies" (1914), written by JWHM with Walter Alison Philips, and Arthur William Holland as part of the 11th edition of the Encyclopaedia Britannica.
