Text of Clementine's speech at the Royal Free Hospital [London], on the Soviet hospitals she had seen during her visit to the Soviet Union for the Red Cross Aid to Russia Fund, the work of the Fulmer Chase Maternity Hospital for junior officers' wives, which was being continued by the Royal Free and Clementine's views on the future of post-natal care.
