Scope and Contents
Photograph of WSC and a group of others (including CSC) on an outside platform in front of a crowd of people in Epping [Essex], the day after the 1931 General Election. WSC is standing turned slightly away from the camera, looking at the crowd, wearing a dark suit and overcoat with an election favour in his buttonhole and a sheet of paper under his arm.
