He is wearing a dark overcoat with a velvet collar, and a spotted bow tie, and has one hand in his pocket, and there are several men seated behind him, and to the left, CSC is sitting in a long light-coloured skirt and jacket, with a close hat adorned with a bow to the side. On the platform just to the side of WSC is a poster saying "Donoghue's tip for the Westminster Parliamentary Stakes, Back Churchill to Win".
