Scope and Contents
Letters from Admiral of the Fleet Sir Roger Keyes to Bower on subjects including: concerns expressed by Winston Churchill [First Lord of the Admiralty] about the lack of co-operation between the different Air Forces, Churchill's view on the Admiralty's use of aircraft and a memorandum on the subject by Bower; inaccurate broadcasts; Keyes's attempts to advise Churchill on getting what the Navy required; keeping the Fleet Air Arm free of interference from the RAF.
Also includes a letter from Elsie Jackson, in Albania, on the mutual assistance treaty between Albania and Italy, and the state of Albania.
